School Districts who would like to utilize this service can complete the form listed below. Upon completing the form, the system will generate electronic mail messages with additional information on how to create your administrative account along with receipt and how to submit payment. All information provided as a School District will be verified and payment must be received before the School District is allowed to utilize this system. Bogus information being submitted will be deleted on a daily basis.

Service Contract Term Length is August 1st through May 31st of the following year. Service fee will be prorated according to the date at which you are signing up for this service.
